The Parents Portal is a secure, easy-to-use online platform designed to give parents and guardians real-time access to essential school-related information. Whether you’re at home, at work, or on the go — your child’s education is just a click away.
💡 What Can You Access?
Through the portal, you can:
- View your child’s report cards
- Track attendance records
- Check tuition balances and payment history
- Monitor canteen transactions (RFID-based)
- Receive official school announcements and reminders
- Send and receive messages with teachers and staff via the official chat system
- Manage multiple students under one account (if applicable)
📝 How to Register
You can register for the Parents Portal in two ways:
OPTION A: Via School Registrar
- Visit the Registrar’s Office
- Provide your full name, email, and contact number
- A staff member will assist you in setting up your account
OPTION B: Online Self-Registration
- Visit: https://parents.dscebu.edu.ph/registration
- Complete the form
- Your account will be created instantly — no approval required
🔗 How to Link Your Child
Linking a student is just as simple!
OPTION A: Via Registrar
Ask the Registrar to link your child. Just present valid proof that you are the parent or guardian.
OPTION B: Online Linking
- Log in to your Parent Portal account
- Click the “Link Student” button
- Ask your child to get their Linking Code from the Student Portal (under the profile page)
- Enter the code and confirm — your child will now appear on your dashboard
📌 Note: One student can only be linked to one parent account at a time. If additional guardians need access, please coordinate with the school administrator.
