ADMISSION POLICIES
A. Admission of New Students
1. Admission is open to applicants who meet the necessary age requirement by opening of the school year applied.
The age requirements are as follow:
Nursery: 3 years old by October 31
Kindergarten 1: 4 years old by October 31
Kindergarten 2: 5 years old by October 31
Grade One: 6 years old by October 31
2. The Elementary and Secondary Departments are open to qualified applicants in the different levels except Grade 6 and Grade 10. (remove this part)
3. Acceptance of the applicant is based on the result of the entrance examination and interview conducted by the Admission Committee.
4. The admission requirements include the following:
4.1. Admission Application Form
Information Sheet
Medical Certificate
Recommendation Letter/Certificate of Good Moral Character from the previous school attended
(incoming Grade 7 with First and Second Honors) certification of class rank from the Principal of the previous school
Academic Records
4.2. Original and photocopy of PSA-issued Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate with original copies for authentication
4.2.1 Confirmation Certificate (for new high school enrollees)
4.3. Four copies of 1×1 recent colored picture
4.4. Entrance Test Fee
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
1. Applicant shall present a copy of his/her Form 138 (Report Card) and Certificate of Good Moral to the Guidance and Testing Office.
2. Upon completion of requirements, application form is submitted to the guidance office for entrance test/interview schedules.
3. Entrance test should be taken on the scheduled date after paying the testing fee at the Treasurer’s Office.
4. Result of the entrance examination will be posted at the Guidance Office a week after taking the exam.
5. DS Form 2 (enrollment permit) shall be issued by the Registrar to applicants who passed the entrance exam.
ENROLMENT PROCEDURE (ON-SITE)
1. Student shall submit all admission requirements to the Guidance Office.
2. Student will present his/her student number, report card and DS Form 2 to the Registrar for verification of information.
3. Enrolment/assessment forms will be issued.
4. Enrolment and assessment forms are submitted to the Treasurer’s Office for payment.
5. Student shall proceed to the ID Processing Section.
6. Receipts are presented to the Registrar to secure the Admission Card.
7. The Admission Card shall be accomplished and presented to the class adviser on the first day of school.
8. New student who fails to submit the required credentials before the end of the enrolment period is considered not officially enrolled.
9. Credentials submitted for enrolment become properties of the school and cannot be withdrawn after registration, unless the student officially leaves the school. A request of the copy of the credentials can be accommodated within thirty days upon filing of such request.
